Then Kurt and Co. are cold, get hammered in game three, and Kurt gets benched for 'what's-his-name-lefty-qb'. As my e-mailer (anonymous player) said now Leinart is 0-4 and his confidence is shot! Green, Washington's Gibbs and Miami's nutty N. Saban should all be out by AT LEAST the end of the season. Gibbs health is the main concern there.

I have to mention FLFP Owens again this week as if we all talk about him just a little he may not try and "apparently" kill himself again."

Bronco's win Big against the Ravens on Monday night! The Denver Bronco's are again looking good this year after dropping their 1st game of the season. The Ravens are a good footy side so I was very happy to see the Bronco's win on Monday night 13 to 3.

Rod Smith is getting close to the Bronco's all-time combined yardage mark!
Rod Smith the great WR needs 74 yards to become Denver's franchise leader in combined career yardage. Rod has 11,001 receiving yards and has 12,100 combined yards which includes rushing, receiving and returns. He trails only former running back Floyd Little with 12,173 in this category. FLFP, the Fancy Little Football Player T Owens headed back to Philly and is up to his old tricks! I wanted to mention FLFP this week as if we all talk about him just a little he may not try and "apparently" kill himself again. Flfp did not have a very good game on Sunday back in Philly. It appeared he was however up to his old tricks of complaining on the sidelines and even going off at a coach or two. I just wish he would play footy and shut up but it is looking more and more like he is upsetting people in Dallas.

I was very happy on Sunday night watching ESPN from Las Vegas. I had been playing Aussie Rules Footy and filming all day Sunday at the 06 US Nationals in Vegas. I had heard a few scores during the day but late Sunday night I was very happy as I only had 1 wrong in my week 5 tips. After the Broncos won on Monday night I had my best ever week of NFL tipping over the past 8 years going 13-1 to now be 54 for the year straight up. Moose got 7 with his Bizarre tips!" Myk

FLFP the Fancy Little Football Player T Owens has a good game for the Cowboys over the Titans. I wanted to mention that as if we all talk about him just a little each week he may not try and "apparently" kill himself again. Flfp had 5 receptions for 88 yards which included a 46 yard run but his presence also enable Terry Glenn the other great WR on the Cowboys team to have a great game scoring 2 TD's. Refer below for the story on TO's great new nickname which is Flfp. That's a word, try pronouncing it.

3) Charlie Frye, QB, Clevaldn, who proves AT LEAST somebody in Oakland can play QB. But unfortunately for Art T. Shell, it wasn't Walter or Ron Curry!

Green Bay at Philadelphia. "Eagles for me but it wouldn't surprise me to see the Packers get very close or even win this one."

I have no idea what Moose is on now as he forgets to tip 2 or 3 games each week. I'm on 31 for the year straight up. My tips straight up are also against the spread, it's just easier that way and I don't care too much re the spread, it's just a mathematical 51-49% type betting thing." Myk

Terrell Owens update. TO's new nickname is "FLFP". No I didn't make this up, a police boss  in Dallas sort of did!

It was reported yesterday on a very popular sports website that the head of the Dallas Police Association called for an apology from Owens and Kim Etheredge, FLFP's publicist saying, "We police officers don't go out to these calls and make stuff up." "They're being put under a microscope by some fancy little football person," Senior Cpl. Glenn White apparently said Thursday. "Give me a break. Those officers are 10 times better than this man."

That is hilarious. "Fancy Little Football Person" thus "FLFP". I wouldn't say TO is little, maybe the Head of Dallas Police meant his Brain size, the way he has been acting the past few years and especially now.

You know I still do hope to see FLFP play again hopefully even this Sunday again the Titans but even me, a strong supporter of FLFP's playing ability, I'm thinking this could very well be the end of his NFL career if he doesn't start playing well ASAP. Why I say this is there is no doubt he has personal/mental type problems but so do a lot of people but for him to now 100% cover it up I don't think is true. I just want to see FLFP take regular good catches, the occasional great catch, score some TD's and then not even celebrate after a TD. ie Just play footy the Aussie way!

From Fri Sept 29 Terrell Owens update. On The Jim Rome show today Jim was saying that on Monday night TO's fiancee dumped him and that he also could not get to see his 7 year old boy for his birthday thus very possible depression reasons! As per yesterdays report below I think we will never really know the true story. I hope he plays Sunday and then next week against the Eagles.

Most of you guys would have already read and listened to the many reports from Wednesday that Terrell Owens tried to take his life by swallowing lots of painkillers. My comment is we will probably never know the real truth because the Dallas Cowboys will be covering up the story if it is true to make sure their new star receiver is back on the field ASAP. I hope that is the case and that TO is back playing possibly next weekend. I doubt that he will be playing this Sunday after what happened Tuesday night along with the broken bone in his hand. I have met TO at a Bar in Waikiki during Pro Bowl week as he was out and about with Jeff Garcia and my mate from the CFL Mike Morreale. I have also filmed TO at the Eagles Super Bowl Media Day. I like watching him play and now with Mat McBriar the Aussie Punter at the Cowboy's I really do hope that he is all OK to start playing again ASAP to help the Cowboys win.

The Saints are really 'Marchin' In' after beating the somewhat overrated Atlanta Foul-kins, 23-3 last night in the rejuvenated Super Dome, home of 11 former Super Bowls. The Saints are now 3-0. Despite Tom Brady's heroics, the Patriots lost an embarrassing game to the pathetic Denver Broncos who have now won two of their last three despite having the worst Offence in the League - only 36 pts. in the last three games! QB Jake Plumber and Coach Mike Shanahan have saved their jobs for another weak

Best wishes Shaun Alexander who I was lucky enough to interview a few years back with Myk Aussie as he recovers from a broken foot. The Lions are now 0-3 under knew H.Coach Rod Marinelli and the Packers are now at 1-2 under Mike McCarthy. Say what you want (I always do...) but Peyton Manning and kid brother Eli are two tough cookies. Eli has now thrown 3 fourth quarter TDs two games in-a-row. Despite the G-Men getting off to a 1-2 start, Eli might just make it as a first string QB in this League but I doubt the spleen-less wonder Chris (Son of Legendary Phil) Simms will. This kid has got to bulk up A-La-Shawn Withy-Allen and soon! I mean, I know the Carolina Panthers were an angry bunch Sunday, but to have to have your spleen removed just because you got bounced around on the field (where is Major Applewhite when you need him?), you gotta have tougher guts than that! Has this kid ever heard of the weight room, where guys like Withy-Allen have been pumping the 'veights', as the CA. Governour would say? At least the Manning will hang in there and take the pounding even as bad as they are as playoff QBs!

From Tues Sept 26 Bronco's are back! What a great game it was Sunday night as the Bronco's defeated the New England Patriots 17 to 7. I had a great time and in the end a Big night at The Melrose in Calgary watching the game. I'm not sure why but some people including Moose are writing the Bronco's off this year. I believe Jake Plummer will now have another very good year and now he has another great receiver in Javon Walker to throw to. Javon the former Green Bay Packer scored 2 TD's on Sunday night. Great to see Rod Smith the WR Champ is still playing at 36 years young. In what I thought was a tough week of tipping I ended up with 10 out of 14. Moose's week 3 report coming soon.

Fans can vote for one player in each category on NFL.com from 9am EST on Tuesday through 6pm EST on Thursday to determine the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week. The winners will be announced Thursday evening on NFL.com.


A closer look at the FedEx Express NFL Player of the Week finalists: Washington’s MARK BRUNELL completed 24 of 27 passes for 261 yards and one touchdown for a passer rating of 119.3 in the Redskins’ 31-15 victory over the Houston Texans. Brunell set an NFL record with 22 consecutive
completions to start the game.

Green Bay’s BRETT FAVRE threw for 340 yards, completing 25 of 36 passes with three touchdowns for a passer rating of 127.1 in the Packers’ 31-24 victory over the Detroit Lions. Favre became just the second NFL quarterback to throw for 400 career touchdowns, joining former Miami Dolphins QB Dan Marino (420).

Philadelphia’s DONOVAN MC NABB had a 105.1 passer rating in the Eagles’ 38-24 victory over the San
Francisco 49ers, completing 18 of 33 passes for 296 yards and two touchdowns. McNabb threw touchdown passes of one yard and four yards in the first quarter.

A closer look at the FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week finalists: Denver’s TATUM BELL rushed for 123 yards on 27 carries in the Broncos’ 17-7 victory over the New England Patriots. Bell, whose longest run of the day was 21 yards, averaged over 4.5 yards per carry.

Pittsburgh’s WILLIE PARKER carried 31 times for 133 yards and two touchdowns in the Steelers’ 28-20 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Parker scored on touchdown runs of one and three yards.
Philadelphia’s BRIAN WESTBROOK carried 8 times for 117 yards and two touchdowns in the Eagles’ 38-24 victory over the San Francisco 49ers. In addition to rushing touchdowns of four and 71 yards, Westbrook added a four-yard touchdown reception.
