Sat,
Jan 10 04' "Don't serve
drunks, Aussie Babe's warned!" Myk
From Bazza "Myk Aussie & mates scantily-clad Aussie Babes who are paid up to $60 an hour by cricket punters were breaking the law by serving beer to already
apparently drunk fans, the Aussie Cops said today.

The Babes, known as beer wenches, are paid by spectators to be at their beck and call so they can concentrate on the match without having to get up and queue for beer.

The Cops today warned that beer wenches serving alcohol to drunk fans would not be tolerated and they could face hefty fines.

"I would like to remind everyone that the utilization of beer wenches at the Sydney Cricket Ground will not be condoned," police Inspector Mark Szalajko told reporters at the SCG.

"Their services do not promote the responsible service of alcohol.

"My message to potential beer wenches is to stay at home or face fines of up to $550."
Wow! Wow! Wow!

Inspector Szalajko said four beer wenches had been ejected for selling alcohol to intoxicated people and one for behaving offensively during the fourth Test between Australia and India.

He said it was an offence under the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Act for a person to enter the venue and offer a service.

The SCG, Sydney Cricket Ground Trust spokeswoman Karen Grega said the ground did not encourage beer wenches.

"We said from the very beginning we weren't going to encourage it but we won't stop it," said Ms Grega.

However, beer wenches were subject to responsible service of alcohol provisions and if these rules were broken, they would be stopped."

 Dec 13, 03 "Australia - 556/10 after 127 overs. India - 327/4
after 100.2 overs. Post Lunch Day - 3" Imran Kant
 Rahul
Dravid and VVS Laxman, the overnight batsmen scored centuries, still
together, as India progressed to 327 for 4 post lunch on the
third day at the Adelaide Oval. India
resumed at 180 for four and added 72 without loss in the session with both
batsman, who shared a record 376 fifth-wicket stand against Australia in
Calcutta two years ago, playing cautiously on a pitch still ideal for
      batting.
       Laxman
had a lucky escape on 66 when he was dropped by Ricky Ponting at second
slip but did not play another false shot. On
second day A double century by Ricky Ponting and an inspired spell of fast
bowling by Andy Bichel left Australia in commanding position of the
second test with India at the Adelaide Oval on Saturday. Ponting blasted a
career best 242 to help Australia amass a daunting first innings total of
556 before Bichel ripped through the Indian top order. The
tourists collapsed to 85 for four after Bichel removed Akash Chopra,
Virender Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar in the space of 20 deliveries and
Indian captain Saurav Ganguly was run out after a mix-up with Rahul Dravid."

 Tues,
Dec 9 , 03 "Oh no it's a draw in the 1st test Australia vs India!" Myk Aussie

   A
report from Imran Kant my new MYKwebWORLD cricket reporter. "Myk
Aussie & mates it was a
piece of audacious Steve Waugh captaincy subjected India to some late nervous
flutters before honours finished even in the drawn first cricket Test at the
  Gabba on Monday. Just
when the opening Test of the four-match series looked like it was being killed
off, Waugh caught the Indians off-guard with an unexpected declaration that
set the tourists 199 runs for an improbable victory off 23 overs.
   But
they were soon under pressure when left-arm paceman Nathan Bracken, playing in
his debut Test, struck twice in his opening over, snaring the wickets of
openers Virender Sehwag (0) and Akash Chopra (4) with consecutive balls to
have the Indians thinking only of holding out.
   Experienced
pair Rahul Dravid and VVS Laxman restored equilibrium and batted it out when
the match was called a draw at 5:09pm (0709 GMT) with seven overs left.
   Vice-captain
Dravid was not out 43 with Laxman on 24 and India at 73 for two. Australia
have largely played second-fiddle to India since dominating the opening day
after being sent into bat, but Waugh's boldness pepped up the Australians
ahead of the second Test, getting underway at the Adelaide Oval on Friday.
   Waugh
called a surprise halt to Australia's second innings at 284 for three with
Waugh unbeaten on 56 and Damien Martyn on 66, the pair putting on an unbroken
  128-run partnership.
   World
record holder Matthew Hayden missed out on his 16th Test century when he was
dismissed for 99. Hayden, who had reached 1,000 Test runs during the innings
for the third consecutive calendar year, swept spinner Harbhajan Singh to
Sehwag at deep square leg to become the 18th Australian dismissed one run
short of a century in Tests.
   The
big left-handed opener, who hit a record 380 against Zimbabwe in Perth last
October, was making merry before his home-town fans, but a rush of blood cost
him a merited hundred off 98 balls with 11 fours and two sixes.
   In
  2001, Hayden amassed a world-leading 1,391 runs at an average of 63.22 from 14
Tests. Last year, from 11 Tests, it was 1,160 runs at 72.50. So far this year
he has scored 1,094 runs from 10 Tests at 78.14. Australia have two more Tests
to play against India before the end of the year.
   India's
Sachin Tendulkar has been the only current player whose run-making is
  comparable to Hayden, passing 1,000 runs in 1997, 1999, 2001 and 2003.
   Sehwag
took another fine catch to dismiss vice-captain Ricky Ponting for a 75-ball 50
almost an hour after lunch. Ponting crashed left-arm paceman Ashish Nehra
straight to Sehwag in the gully who held a stinging two-handed catch.
   First
innings centurion Justin Langer was out for a duck in the second over of the
innings. He nicked medium-pacer Agit Agarkar to wicketkeeper Parthiv Patel and
was on his way after scoring 121 in the first innings.
   India
lost their last four first innings wickets for 47 in the morning to be all out
for 409 and hold an 86-run innings lead, with Agarkar out on the day's first
  ball for 12.
   Hayden
grasped his fourth catch of the innings when Agarkar edged to first slip for
Andy Bichel's only wicket of the innings for 130.
   Bichel
was in the right place again in the next over by Jason Gillespie when he made
a great diving two-handed catch at fine leg to dismiss Patel for 37 made in
  two hours.
   Fast
bowler Zaheer Khan clouted Bracken for a straight-hit six in his lively 27 off
46 balls before he was deceived and bowled by leg-spinner MacGill. Nehra
followed in MacGill's next over for a duck, adjudged lbw by umpire Steve
Bucknor to end the 501-minute Indian innings.
   Harbhajan
remained 19 not out. Gillespie and MacGill both finished with four wickets."

  Thurs,
  Dec 4 , 03 "India
tour of Australia from my new mate Imran Kant" Myk Aussie

  Mates
I welcome Imran Kant my new Pakistani cricket mate over here in Western Canada
  to MYKwebWORLD.
   "Myk
Aussie your Aussie star Ricky Ponting made an excellent  not out to date
half-century and Justin Langer closed in on his as well as your Aussies raced
to 143 for one at tea on the firstday of the first test against my neighbours
the Indians at the Gabba in Queeensland on Thursday. The
home team smashed 111 runs in the extended middle session after only 7.2 overs
were bowled before lunch because of two rain showers. The
Aussies were 32 for no loss at lunch but made up for lost time after the break
with a display of power hitting and fast running between the wickets. Ponting
struck seven fours and a six to reach the tea interval unbeaten on 51 while
Langer was 43 not out. The only batsman to fall was Matthew Hayden (37).
   Matthew
Hayden the superster of late also looked in fine touch until he edged a ball
from Zaheer Khan to second slip VVS Laxman with the total on 73. India
captain Saurav Ganguly put Australia in to bat on a green-top wicket which he
hoped would suit his fast bowlers.
   There
was plenty of sideways movement initially but the Australians were able to
score freely once they weathered the early assault.
   Myk
Aussie & mates it was a wopping massive six!!!!!
   Ricky
Ponting's innings included a towering six off Harbhajan Singh, the Indian spin
bowler who dismissed him five times in the last series between the two sides.
Langer had a lucky escape on
eight when he was caught by Akash Chopra at bat-pad off a no-ball. Langer mis-timed
an attempted hook off Ashish Nehra and bottom edged the ball to Chopra.
   Match
officials added an extra half hour to the middle session and announced another
hour would be added at the end of the day to make up for lost time. Both
sides went into the match with three quickies and a spinner, with left-arm
paceman Nathan Bracken selected to make his test debut for Australia.
   Bracken,
26, was a late addition to the one-day squad who won this year's World Cup in
South Africa and was added to the test party for the recent series with
Zimbabwe after injuries to Glenn McGrath, Jason Gillespie and Brett Lee.
   He
was 12th man in the second test when Brad Williams earned his first cap but
the pair swapped places this time, allowing Bracken to become Australia's
  387th test player." Imran Kant

See

situation for the "Best Spin Bowler Ever" in the game of cricket.

crazy stupid news last week was the sending home of Star Aussie Spinner Shane
